I love my paddleboard so much. I noticed a small leak in one of the seams and contacted customer service. They asked for a video and order number, and once I had that information, they were happy to send me another paddleboard.
My fianc��e and I love our paddleboard! We've had it for about a year now with no issues, even our little dog has enjoyed it! So far, it's been reliable and hasn't leaked. I recommend getting an electric pump, as the included one is quite laborious. Highly recommended!

We love our paddleboards! We have six in our family, and everyone loves them. They're easy to carry, inflate, and use. With ages ranging from 7 to 72, it's such a fun family activity.
The pressure gauge on the pump was broken (no pressure) when I first used it. I checked a friend's pump and the gauge showed 10 psi. I can't find an option to contact the seller to request a replacement.
